Why start small?
Solar will continue to improve over the years. Don't feel like you need to go "all-in" to reap the benefits. Imagine if you could start building $12,782 equity in your house with a $7,100 investment. You would essentially make $5,682 for thinking of things differently than you have in the past.
How does it work?
We use black on black panels and micro-inverters. What that means for you, is if you decide in 2 years to add more panels…you can be very confident they will be using, or have available, black on black panels. Even if you use a completely different brand you will not be able to see a dramatic difference between the original panels and the new panels. We also use micro-inverters. They change the current from direct to alternating current at the panel. This means that if you decide to add more panels in the future you won’t have to upgrade expensive hardware. You will simply buy the new panels and inverters, get a new building permit, and “slap” them on the roof.
We prefer doing what is best for our neighbors. We would love to sell you a huge system and still believe you would love to have it. But as technology improves we would hate to see any of our customers with buyer’s remorse.

It is tempting to jump in the "deep end" with solar. And, ultimately we think you would be happy with that purchase. But we feel the best approach is one step at a time. Ease in to the new process. The Solar Installation Process
It is completely normal and expected that your solar panels will take 60-90 days to install. Be patient. There is a lot of work that goes behind the scenes to make sure your purchase is installed correctly and legally. Most of that 60-90 days is us waiting for the city to inspect blueprints and installations. Let us break down the steps for you:
Purchase
The first step is the hardest. Getting approved for financiang and signing contracts
Day 1
Design
Drawings will be made of your home and then approved by the city for installation
Day 5
Install
Our crew will head out to your home and install your panels.
Day 45
Inspect
City inspectors will come out to look over the installation and make sure everything is up to code. Then turn on your panels
Day 90
